Description
Ingredients:
80g of dried Hibiscus Flowers, Apple,
Rose Hips Shells, Elder Berries, Blackthorn
Fruits & Blueberries.
Directions to use:
Infusion – Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried rooibos. Steep for 10 – 15min. Drink as many times as desired.
Safety precautions:
Safe to use if pregnant or lactating.
