Traditional Uses:
Strengthen capillary walls, reduce blood glucose level of diabetic, beneficial to kidney function. Improving ovulatory function and decreasing serum androgen concentrations, blood pressure, and plasma triglyceride concentrations. The seed are used for flour and in the making of beer.
Directions to use:
Infusion: 1 teaspoon of leaves in 250ml boiled water. Steep for 5 – 10min and drink two to three times per day.
Safety precautions:
People sensitive to the ingredients can have some sensitivity to light and allergic reactions if they do not stay within the recommended dosages. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Consult with a medical practitioner before use.
