Carminative, nervine, antispasmodic,
anti-depressant, diaphoretic,
antimicrobial, hepatic.
Traditional Uses:
May be used for urinary complaints such as inflammation or formation of gravel in the kidneys. Low self-esteem hidden behind overconfidence and brashness. Fear of upcoming events. Insecurity. Craving for sweet comforting foods. To assist in the treatment of bloating and constipation. Nausea, heartburn, over-eating. May be useful for bleeding hemorrhoids.
Directions to use:
Infusion: 250ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Infuse for 10-15min. Strain and drink twice per day, before meals.

May cause gastro-intestinal upset. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Consult with a medical practitioner before use.
