Artemisia vulgaris

Bitter tonic, stimulant, nervine tonic,

emmenagogue.

Traditional Uses:

Stimulates the digestive system. Aids as a mild anti-depressant. May assist in easing tension. Promotes normal menstrual flow. Stimulates the gall bladder and increases the appetite

Directions to use:

Infusion: Pour 1 cup of water onto 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Let it infuse for 10 – 15min in a covered container. Drink three times per day.

Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Consult with a medical practitioner before use.
